This project started from Roberta Busechian means to create a global connection through livestream of sonic scapes by artists, sharing cultural and social environments.As a soundscapes practice-based research is formed across the sound arts, media ecology, and live streaming technology. The project focuses on the need to reinforce the soundscape definition within the ambit of real time streaming in order to define soundscapes as a tool to create a dialog within sonic communities in urban electronic music environments. Starting from the definition of soundscape provided by the literature on acoustic ecology (Schafer, Truax, Westerkamp), as well as the practical application of live streaming technology in soundscape research.
